Event Volunteer Scheduler is an easy to use system for registering and keeping track
of volunteers for conferences, seminars, and similar events. |

Using a web-based interface, volunteers can view and select available tasks. Limits
can be placed on the number of hours they can sign-up for. Volunteers can print
their schedule, and email it to themselves. |

You can keep track of volunteer compliance with a web-based sign-in, sign-out process.
View reports on who is expected for that day, who has signed in, and who has not
fulfilled their commitment. |

Setup is easy, and can be accomplished in as little as a few minutes. Volunteer
tasks can be typed in using a web-based screen, or bulk imported using the import
screen. If your data does not fit the proper format for importing, we can reformat
it. |
