Winter/Spring 2012
3 new IQ4Contractors installations for this spring - 1 from Georgia, 1 from New
Jersey, and 1 from New York. A couple more are close to committing.
Enhancements to one of our roofing contractors IQ4Contractors application - they
will be doing business in multiple states and need their estimating forms and pricing
tables to be specific to the location.
A new scheduler app is being developed for an existing customer. It will be online
by March of this year.
A new chat app is being developed to allow visitors to your website to chat with
you and you can communicate one of 3 ways - with a browser or by a smart phone chat
(sms), with the third way being to allow the visitor to email you when you are off
line.
A much needed site redo for fivepaws is on the horizon...

Lots of Updates this spring for our IQ4Contractors customers. It seems that the
shingle manufacturers are changing up their warranties, so we modifiy the estimates
our system generates to reflect any new pricing/warranty information.

Continual upgrades and improvements
I always tell our customers that our IQ4Contractors Estimating and Lead Management
software/web applications for contractors are "living and breathing" organisms.
What I mean by that is, once we deliver them, development does not stop (or die),
it continues as needed.
Having a system customized for you is easy
You may be intimidated by the prospect of having a custom system developed for you.
It can be overwhelming to think you have to come up with every possible item you
need upfront...not just what you need, but how you need it. We do not put that kind
of pressure on you. When you have FivePaws develop a system for you, we make it
easy as possible. Using our experience, we can fill in the holes for areas you may
not have given any information on, and let you use it for a while and still make
changes.
In other words...
Development does not stop once it is delivered. Once a system is
delivered, you have a chance to use it, and frequently, you will find things you
need changed, added, or removed during those first few weeks of using and learning
the system. We will continue to work with you during that period to make improvements,
and in most cases, we'll make the changes without additional charges during the
testing period.
The system can change as your needs change
As your company grows and your needs change, your system's needs may change too.
We are here to make sure your IQ4Contractors or any other application we have developed
will grow with you. Our custom developed systems can always be modified to meet
your changing needs.
Pricing
Pricing for our custom applications is more reasonable than you might think. And
once we give a quote, we will not go over, unless you completely change your specifications.
Our philosophy is, it's our job to understand what it is going to take to develop
your system, and how long it is going to take. If your specs don't change, then
our pricing doesn't change either. We're not going to bleed you dry like some unscrupulous
companies have been known to do. We want a long-term relationship with our clients.
