We specialize in easy to use Web-Based Applications with an emphasis on software

Our main application,
IQ4Contractors is a
web-based
Customer Management System for
Roofing, Siding, Gutter contractors, and we have a version specialized with
Estimating for Asphalt Paving Companies.
IQ4Contractors will let you enter and view leads, convert them to quotes, work orders, purchase
orders, and invoices from anywhere with a web-browser.
We host it on our servers.
There is no software or hardware to manage on your end.
IQ4Contractors differs from it's competitors because
we customize our system for each client. We take our core system
and modify it for you. We'll build estimating screens using your formulas, tied
to your materials price list, creating quotes that look like your quotes.
What you will have is a system that will function as if it
were custom written for you, but at a fraction of the cost of having a system written
from scratch.
Roofers and Asphalt Estimators that use IQ4Contractors say it is easy to use
because it is made to fit their business.
That means we will make the screen look very similar to the paper quotes you are
already using. Right from the start you will be familiar with the quoting system.

In addition, our experience with contractors has led us to specialize in designing websites for contractors. We design sites from scratch. Our designer, Jeanie, puts tons of hours and
lots of care into each site and the results show.
